We design, manufacture and install bespoke kitchens and fitted bedrooms. All work is carried out to agreed specifications following a design consultation. Specific terms relating to your project will be set out in a separate written agreement or quotation.
3. Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties
- A deposit (as detailed in your quotation) is required to confirm your order and secure your installation date
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Any changes to your order after confirmation must be made in writing and may affect the price and delivery timescale
- If you cancel an order after manufacturing has commenced, you may forfeit your deposit and be liable for costs already incurred
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case any monies paid will be refunded in full
5. Delivery & Installation
- All delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change
- You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is clear and accessible on the agreed date
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6. Warranty
We provide a warranty on all fitted furniture and installation work. The specific warranty period and terms will be detailed in your order documentation. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christopher David Interiors LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract in question.
